A tour by a Brazilian comedy group, which has already performed for more than 10,000 Portuguese people, will take place in September and will pass through Lisbon, Porto and Braga.
One of the biggest comedy groups in Brazil, Cia Barbixas returns to Portugal in September with the show “Improvável”. More than 10 thousand Portuguese have already watched the trio which, this time, will visit three Portuguese cities: Lisbon (7 and 8 September, at the Auditorium dos Oceanos), Braga (12, at Fórum Braga) and Porto (14 and 15, at Teatro Sá da Bandeira). In 2024, they will complete 20 years of a very successful career. Tickets are on sale at the usual places.
“The biggest difficulty of being on stage in Portugal is spending more than an hour away from your food and wine”, they joke.
Created by the trio of comedians Anderson Bizzocchi, Daniel Nascimento and Elidio Sanna (the Barbixas) in 2007, “Improvável” is a theatrical improvisation show in which the master of ceremonies presents the rules of the games, the audience suggests the themes and the actors improvise the scenes on time. Without any script. Therefore, no presentation is the same as the other. The show has already toured 80 cities and was seen by more than 1 million people in Brazil, Latin America and Europe.
Cia Barbixas is also an internet phenomenon. On YouTube, there are almost 4 million subscribers with more than 1.3 billion views. On Instagram, there are more than 700 thousand people who follow them.
Many names in comedy have already performed with Cia Barbixas, such as Fábio Porchat, Marco Luque, Rafinha Bastos, Oscar Filho, Marianna Armellini, Maurício Meirelles, Gustavo Miranda (Colombia) and José Luiz Saldanha (Mexico). In Portugal, “Improvável” already had the special participation of Mario Bomba and César Mourão.
