Nuno Lanhoso enters 2022 on the right foot, making his debut live, on the 27th of January, at Casa da Música, one of the most emblematic rooms in Porto, his hometown.
A repertoire in which “Nem Desgosto do Amor”, an airplay hit that marked the year just ended, will feature prominently. Tickets are now on sale at Casa da Música and at Ticketline, unmarked seats costing €10 (€8 for students).
Singer, composer, lyricist and instrumentalist soon discovered his fascination for music and writing on an old piano. He later turned his attention to the guitar and has never stopped since. Passionate about both instruments, he seeks to see beauty and poetry in the simplicity of everyday life and transcribe them into songs.
After some time living in Barcelona, where he completed his medical studies and began performing live, Nuno Lanhoso reached the age of 30 and realized that he could no longer repress his true vocation: music. Inspired by artists such as Pedro Abrunhosa, Tiago Bettencourt and John Mayer, he goes in search of the perfect melody and phrase, hoping, deep down, that he will never find them.
