With the opening of ME Lisbon in the Portuguese capital, expected in early 2025, the hotel – part of the ME by Meliá collection – is promoting the 1st Open Day to showcase the unit and recruit the best talents who want to embrace a challenge in the areas of hospitality and catering.
The event will occur next Wednesday, September 18, from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM, at the Lumen Hotel, located at Rua Sousa Martins, 20, in Lisbon.
This open day is aimed at professionals looking to advance their careers; students and graduates in tourism and hospitality who wish to explore opportunities in the sector; and anyone interested in the culture and careers at Meliá Hotels International. The recruitment event covers a wide range of available positions and includes all areas of hospitality (housekeeping, reception, concierge, reservations, among others), as well as catering (service, kitchen, pastry, pantry), to integrate the teams of ME Lisbon, as well as the two restaurants that will be part of the hotel and offer unique gastronomic experiences: fismuler and Attiko.
The space will be organized by areas, with the opportunity to conduct interviews in various departments. Candidate registration will be done upon arrival, and there is no requirement for prior registration, but online registration is available on the brand’s website – carreers.melia.com
