The first day of the Corroios Festivities featured Clã on stage. Carlos Paredes, one of the most respected bands in Portuguese music, praised for its consistency and ability to reinvent its sound over the years, returned to Corroios to dazzle the audience.
Manuela Azevedo and Hélder Gonçalves’ band remains one of the best Portuguese bands. With varying lineups, they lost their essence and, after ceasing to collaborate with Carlos Tê, reinvented themselves with Sérgio Godinho, Samuel Úria, and others.

Songs like “Problema de Expressão,” “O Sopro do Coração,” “Dançando na Corda Bamba,” “Tira uma Teima,” “Tudo no Amor,” and “Asas Delta” are essential themes in Portuguese music.

The Portuguese pop-rock band, formed in 1992 in Porto, has an eclectic musical style that blends pop-rock with elements of jazz and ballads. The creative lyrics, written by some of the best Portuguese composers, are hits everyone knows, so it was easy for the Corroios audience to join in, singing and dancing along. They were one of the best choirs we’ve ever seen backing Clã.

The band released their first album, LusoQUALQUERcoisa, in 1996. Since then, their discography has expanded with critically and popularly acclaimed albums, including Kazoo (1997), Lustro (2000), Rosa Carne (2004), Cintura (2007), and Véspera (2020).
