Written by Danny Robins, award-winning author and creator of the hit BBC podcast “The Battersea Poltergeist”, 2:22 A Ghost Story is one of the biggest hits of recent times in London’s West End. The premiere of the Portuguese version is staged by Michel Simeão and stars Ana Cloe, Joana Seixas, João Jesus and Pedro Laginha. Joana believes that her new house is haunted, but her husband Samuel refuses to accept that the strange events that have been happening lately are related to supernatural phenomena.
When they receive Laura, a longtime friend, and her new boyfriend Quim, for dinner, the plot sharpens. Can the dead return to the world of the living? Belief and skepticism collide when they realize that something strange is going on.
