Ode to Minho gastronomy at Bistro & Tapas Restaurant

From 7 to 11 April, the Bistro & Tapas Restaurant, located at the Meliá Lisboa Oriente Hotel, will celebrate the traditional flavours of northern Portugal through the Minho Gastronomy Week.
During this week, lovers of good food will be invited to enjoy a unique experience, which, through a special menu with iconic dishes, will celebrate the authenticity and culinary wealth of the region.
The meal will begin with two options: the classic Caldo Verde à Minhota and Caldo de Poupos, known for its comforting character. For the main course, emblematic recipes will be available, such as the Cocalhau à Minhota, Rojões à Minhota, Lombinhos de Porco with Castanhas, Iscas à Moda de Braga and Polvo Guisado à Minhota.
Finally, the famous Pudim Abbot de Priscos and the Minhota Dirt will be served as dessert.
Each main course will cost €16 per person and the entries and desserts can be added for €5€ each (no drinks included). This irresistible menu is an unmissable opportunity to explore the typical flavours and ingredients of the Minhota region without leaving the capital.
