CBRE, a real estate consultant, is the new manager of the Office Oriente Building. Located in the heart of Parque das Nações, management is now the responsibility of the consultant’s Property Management department.
The Office Oriente Building has 9,250 m2, spread over eight floors. Built-in 2002, it is fully occupied and its tenants are companies such as IBM – which occupies a large part of the building – Softinsa, 3M and TNT. One of the main features of this space is its efficiency, which was the subject of a rehabilitation project to improve reception and different outdoor spaces.
