Oh! Sorte restaurant promotes “From the oven to the table” dinners

At a time when restrictions are increasing due to COVID-19, “Oh! Sorte” wants its customers to continue to feel confident in eating at the restaurant and enjoying the best cuisine.

In this sense, “Oh! Sorte” has adapted its kitchen to reduce food handling, only serving dishes directly from the oven to the customer’s table.

At this moment, without any manipulation of the food after leaving the wood oven, thin and crunchy pizzas are served, which surprise with the best national flavors and always fresh ingredients.

The Oh! Sorte pizza with roasted alheira, the Portugal pizza with sardines or anchovies, the vegetarian pizza with courgette or the pizza with serrano ham, are just some examples that delight the most demanding palates and surprise the most conservative, but there are also sweet pizzas for dessert, with chocolate, strawberry or banana.

Chef José Scotini, a pizzaiolo for over 30 years, promises to surprise every day, with a menu that will vary regularly with new and original flavors.

In the decoration, it presents an air of comfort house, where furniture full of stories stands out, a patio with a glass roof from which the famous Lisbon light bursts, and the Oliveira Bar – with a centenary olive tree in the center – serving cocktails and beers handmade. On the walls you can read quotes from various poets, such as Fernando Pessoa, Luís de Camões and Vinicius de Moraes, painted by a calligrapher.

Oh! Sorte works every day (except Monday), from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm, and is located at Rua da Alegria, n. 20, in Lisbon. The restaurant guarantees all safety and hygiene measures, both for customers and employees, attested by the “Clean & Safe” seal of Turismo de Portugal.
