The Calema just announced that the official video of the theme “Dia Xi Má Kua Buaru”, which is part of the album Voyage – Part III, will be available on YouTube on November 22, Friday, at 15h00. This long-awaited launch closes the cycle of the Voyage project, composed of three parts.
Along with the official video, fans can purchase in stores the physical CD that brings together the three parts of Voyage, a work that celebrates its roots and musical trajectory with a unique approach.
Voyage – Part III represents the high point of a journey that began with a return to African origins, addressing deep stories of family, emigration and resilience, highlighted in themes such as “Txinguinha (Grandmother)” and “Nho Totó (Grandfather)”. “Part II” continued the course, bringing influences of living in France, with outstanding collaborations of artists such as Tayc, Nej and Cephaz.
Now, with “Part III”, the Calema celebrate their return to Portugal and the Portuguese language, in a tribute to Portuguese culture, music and cultural wealth that unites so many nations. ” Dia Xi Má Kua Buaru” captures this celebration.
As part of the big news, the duo recently announced a special concert at Estádio da Luz in Lisbon on June 7, 2025. This will be a major milestone in the career of Calema.
