Palácio Chiado Creates a Solidarity Christmas Menu with Donations to the Salvador Association
Inspired by the Christmas spirit already present throughout the country, Palácio Chiado presents a Solidarity Menu, a gastronomic initiative that will benefit the Salvador Association.
The Association promotes the inclusion of people with physical disabilities, enhancing their talents and providing equal opportunities.

Designed to be enjoyed by two, the menu will cost €90 (VAT included), of which €5 will go directly to the Salvador Association, a fixed donation that will contribute to the work carried out by the institution.

Created by the new chef of Palácio Chiado, André Pinto, this very special offering will consist of:
- Starter: Smoked cod fritters with truffled chickpea hummus and olive powder (€15);
- Main Course: Suckling lamb shoulder with oven-baked rice and sautéed greens (for 2 people) (€60);
- Dessert: Encharcada with orange sponge cake and vanilla ice cream (€10).

Despite the set price for the complete menu, each dish can also be enjoyed individually.
The Solidarity Christmas Menu will be available from December 3rd to December 30th.
As usual, reservations can be made by phone at +21 010 1184 or directly on the Palácio Chiado website.
