Pantagruel and Pintarolas create online dessert challenge for catering professionals affected by covid-19 contingency measures.
Chef Loureiro, Michelin star with the restaurant “A Cozinha”, in Guimarães, invites all chefs of cuisine, in a restaurant, pastry shop or hotel, to prepare a recipe made with Pantagruel and Pintarolas chocolates.
Each participant must send a description of their chocolate dessert recipe by May 5, and must include the use of Pantagruel and/or Pintarolas chocolates.
The finalists will subsequently be invited to create a video in which they exemplify their recipe and will receive, from Imperial, the Pantagruel and Pintarolas chocolates necessary for making the proposal to the contest.
