Paredes hosts the European Roller Hockey Championship

The European Roller Hockey Federation (World Skate Europe) announced the holding of the European Championship in Paredes. Initially scheduled for the last week of August, the race was postponed to November.

A decision that has to do with the fact that several countries have been without competing or training for the last 15 months, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the minimum number of participants was also reduced, which is now four instead of six.

Remember that Portugal is one of the qualified teams, being integrated in Group B with Italy, Belgium, Andorra and Germany. The quinas team is looking to regain the title won in 2016 and lost to Spain in 2018.
