Parler is back on the App Store, after being kicked out of virtually all digital platforms for hosting extremist movements and hate speech.
The app returns to the Apple online store with some limitations, with publications marked by the company’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) moderation system not being presented to users on iOS. These publications can only be viewed on the Android and web version of Parler.
The application was banned after the January 6 invasion of the US Capitol, with companies (Apple, Google and Amazon) accusing Parler of not doing enough to prevent the spread of hate speech and threats to violence.
