Parque dos Poetas receives World Press Photo 2021
Câmara de Oeiras announced that it will host the largest photojournalism exhibition in the world. The exhibition will open on September 15th and will be open air at Parque dos Poetas until October 15th.
The set of photographs will be exhibited at the Park’s Temple of Poetry Entrance and the winning images will be exhibited at the Alameda do Parque dos Poetas, next to the Amphitheater Almeida Garrett,
The 64th edition of the World Press Photo is available free of charge Monday through Sunday, 9:00 am to 11:00 pm (September 15-30, summer time) and 10:00 am to 8:00 pm (October 1-15, winter time) ).
On Saturdays, from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm, visitors can also participate in photography rallies with renowned photographers and photojournalists. Registration for this activity is carried out on the same day at the Temple of Poetry.
