Musician Paulo Praça has won over the public with his tour “O lugar onde o coração se esconde”, which began on June 13th and toured the 21 parishes of Vila do Conde Municipality.
The tour that has taken on various formats, from solo concerts, chapel performances in churches, film-concerts that transport us to the scene of the iconic “Cinema Paraíso”, to concerts with bands in squares full of public, has brought hope and joy at a time when they are so needed.
All concerts have the participation of a Choir from the various Associations of the 21 parishes of Vila do Conde.
“O lugar onde o coração se esconde” emerged from an idea that the musician vilacondense proposed to the Vila do Conde City Council, and which is a tribute to the Municipality, through the songs of the Livro-Disco “Onde”, released at the end of 2020. A work produced by Eurico Amorim and Paulo Praça, which includes a photo essay by Cesário Alves. From “Onde” there is also a video-disc made by Paulo Pinto. The lyrics are by Valter Hugo Mãe, José Régio, Jorge Cruz, Ruy Belo, among others, in addition to songs featuring José Cid and Fausto Bordalo Dias.
The tour ends on the 17th of September at the Municipal Auditorium of Vila do Conde, but before that it will pass in the following places:
