Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Paulo Praça returns with a new single, “Baloiço”, featuring Sónia Tavares from The Gift.
The lyrics of Baloiço are signed in partnership by Paulo Praça and Gisela João, with music and production by Paulo Praça and Eurico Amorim. The theme was mixed by João Bessa and mastered by Mário Barreiros.
Filmed on a beach in Vila do Conde, Paulo Praça’s birthplace, the music video was directed by João Rei Lima, with choreography by Ju Vasques and the participation of Maria Tomé Vasques. The music video was produced by the audiovisual producer Jworks.pt.
“A swing brought me to calm/A swing rocks my soul/That I fall in love with so much in dreams/It is the swing of life that takes and brings”, says the song, which, by presenting life as a swing, intends to be , according to the singer, “a compliment to life”.
The theme is part of a new project by the musician that will be released this year and will surprise the public.
