“Make a wish to Zomee”

Zomee helps fulfill wishes of institutions

Zome, a 100% national real estate broker, joins the community to help bring Christmas spirit to associations.

Zome asked several charities to write a postcard to Zomee with their greatest wish for this Christmas. The postcards will be exhibited in the Zome real estate HUBs spread throughout the country, to be chosen by the community and implemented until December 18.

“Ask a wish to Zomee”, the solidarity action promoted by real estate broker Zome, is back to help fulfil the wishes of several charities. Until December 18, the HUBs Zome spread throughout the country will expose the wishes and needs of several people supported by different social institutions, to be collected and implemented by the Zome community, from consultants to staff teams, business partners, customers, friends and family.

This solidarity initiative arose from the awareness that, especially at Christmas time, many people and institutions often receive the same type of donations, namely food, blankets and clothing, when what they need is given by another kind of help, such as school supplies, underwear and even toys.

The HUBs Zome decided, then, to ask directly people supported by social action institutions inserted in their area of activity what would be their wishes for this Christmas, delivering postcards from Zomee, the brand mascot. Later, the postcards were collected and displayed in their respective HUBs, so that the entire Zome community could choose one and fulfil the wish that was written on it. Finally, the gifts must be delivered to HUBs by December 18 with the proper identification of the recipient, so that they can then be taken to institutions, accompanied by a card with a personalized Christmas message.

Among the most requested wishes are school materials, underwear, toys, experiences and tickets for cultural and sports events, which must be delivered by December 18 at the respective HUB Zome, with the commitment that they will be taken to the institutions within 48 hours.

“The action ‘Ask a Wish to Zomee’ is another initiative of Zome 4Life, the social program of Zome dedicated to positively impacting the communities where we are present. It is a way to give back what we have given and, at the same time, to appeal to solidarity, helping those who need it most to live a happier Christmas. Seeing the Zome community so involved and committed to this project is a source of great pride. This action is particularly special because we know where donations go and we are sure that each gesture will make a real and individual difference in the lives of those we help. We appeal to all customers, friends and partners of Zome to join us in this mission and help spread happiness during this holiday season!”, appeals to Patrícia Santos, Zome’s Chairwoman.

The initiative “Ask a Wish to Zomee” was born as part of the project Zome 4Life, created with the aim of involving the entire network Zome with the community in which the real estate HUBs are inserted, namely in actions of social responsibility, solidarity, culture, Environmentalism and sport. In addition to this, the Zome had other actions of solidarity this year, having, on December 3, helped reforest the Pine Forest of Leiria with the initiative “All the Future has Roots”, which led to the planting of 2,500 pines, a number that represents all employees, Zome staff and business partners who made 2024 a memorable year.
