Portuguese golfer Pedro Figueiredo has secured his place in the two decisive rounds of the Hainan Open, a challenge challenge tournament in China, after completing today’s round of 139 strokes.
In the card he delivered at the end of the second round, the Portuguese golfer recorded three birdies (two strokes below par) and two bogeys (one above).
Out of the ‘cut’, fixed in the 144 strokes, was the Portuguese Filipe Lima, who closed the second day with an aggregate of 149 strokes.
Lima, who made two birdies today, a bogey and a double bogey, scored 73 strokes today, three fewer than those achieved on Friday but still insufficient to continue on.proof.
The tournament is led by Finland’s Kalle Samooja, who follows with a combined 131 strokes, three fewer than second-placed Grant Forrest.
