Petrucci wins Italian MotoGP

Miguel Oliveira finished 16th, Marc Márquez finished second and Andrea Dovizioso finished third

Danilo Petrucci was the winner of the Italian MotoGP. This was the Italian’s first victory in a MotoGP Grand Prix. The second place belonged to Marc Márquez and the third to Andrea Dovizioso. Miguel Oliveira was in 16th place, more than 30 seconds from the winner.

Miguel Oliveira suffered a slight fall during the Warm-Up that caused him to fracture his left-hand ring finger but still participated and finished the race although he could not score points.
