Piruka, Sippinpurp, Kappa Jotta and more confirmed for Sumol Summer Fest 2021

Despite this year’s break, forced by the current context for the sake of the common good, Sumol Summer Fest will continue to be synonymous with celebration: the beach, the heat, friends and lots of music, the Festival that marks the beginning of will see and give everyone the freedom to be exactly who they are.

The reunion of festival-goers with some of their favorite artists has already been scheduled and Ericeira Camping is thus again the meeting point for a weekend full of reasons to break the routine: a strong poster marked by novelty and quality, a privileged location less than 500 meters from the beach, and 5-star camping facilities.

Hip hop remains one of the strong stakes of Sumol Summer Fest, both nationally and internationally. Previously announced for this year, they are already confirmed for the new dates of the 12th edition Trippie Redd, Burna Boy, SAINt JHN, Piruka and Nenny.

Sumol Summer Fest did not forget its audience and did not let the day that the Festival would start this year pass by, offering its fans a showcase of Piruka through live stream and announcing news for the poster.

One of the moments that most characterizes the Sumol Summer Fest poster for each edition is the concert specially prepared for the Sumol Stage. In 2021, in the exclusive show “Eixo Norte-Sul”, a presentation will be made of what is best done in national Hip Hop from North to South of the country, in a meeting between two teams representing this culture.

Leading the Northern team will be team captain Mundo Segundo, accompanied by Maze, Ace, Deau, Virtus, DJ Guze, and DJ Spot, and representing the South will be team captain XEG, side by side with Chullage, Sir Scratch, Kappa Jotta, Deezy and DJ Big.

Each of the leaders will perform with their team and, on stage, they will explore, not only the dynamics they manage to explore as singles but also together, in this show prepared to be presented at Sumol Summer Fest.

The 12th edition again highlights the new national and Portuguese-speaking talent, with the presence of LON3R JOHNY + Sippinpurp, Phoenix RDC, RIOT and Mobbers already confirmed.
