Running April 24–26, Play On Fest will Livestream a series of performances from previously recorded concerts of the label group’s most notable artists.
There are already 65 known artists, but the publisher promises more news soon, the poster includes names like Ed Sheeran, Cardi B, Coldplay, Gucci Mane, Portugal. The Man, Saweetie, Charlie Puth, Twenty One Pilots, Lil Uzi Vert, Bebe Rhexa, Roddy Ricch, Panic! At The Disco, Janelle Monáe, Green Day, Ava Max, Kevin Gates or Alec Benjamin.
In contrast to what has happened with other events of the genre, the Play On Fest concerts will not be live, all performances will be transmissions of presentations on world stages such as Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, Primavera Sound and Rock In Rio.
The festival will make available a line of merchandising products for sale and all revenue raised from this event will directly benefit the World Health Organization’s COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.
