Polestar 2 wins Sustainability Trophy

Polestar 2 won Product Innovation of the Year at the prestigious edie Sustainability Leaders Awards. Organized by edie, these are the biggest British awards in the area of sustainability, having received a record number of entries in this competition in this year’s edition.

The Sustainability Leaders Awards seek to recognize organizations that have been able to raise their environmental, social and financial performance to new heights in an effort to achieve a more sustainable future today.

Polestar was distinguished for being able to incorporate sustainability into its operations, its business model and its products. Polestar 2 was praised not only for the work done in tracking the cobalt used in its batteries but also for the way it defies the traditional definition of premium in the automotive industry.
