Portal da Queixa will launch a platform on the subject of Black Friday, which will act as a price comparator and guide for this Friday, November 23. The goal is to allow the consumer to consult offers, compare brands and even report cases of fraud.
The platform will be available this Wednesday, just after midnight, according to a statement.
The brands will be online to “respond to consumer doubts, complaints and requests for information, in a maximum time of 60 minutes, ensuring the proximity necessary for the consumer to buy with confidence and transparency,” as you can read.
The initiative, according to the Portal da Queixa, aims to facilitate the ‘bridge’ between brands and consumers. In addition, it is also an opportunity to know the various discount campaigns that will be available on Friday.
The use of the platform is totally free for customers. For brands, the opposite is that they are committed to proximity and trust with consumers.
