Porto hosted the 1st live wine event in 2021
The ‘VINHOS a Descobrir Wine Market’ of Portuguese wines was produced by INSPIRE, especially dedicated to wine lovers and those who like to buy wine!
The first wine event that featured technological solutions for safety and prevention, with the partner PLM Prevention Cares. This partnership reinforced the security measures already adopted in previous editions and further increased the comfort of visitors.
The entrance was made through barriers that automatically check the body temperature and make the reading if the visitor has a mask, mandatory. Without the mask the barrier will not open! Hand hygiene towers in muppi with event information. The PLM Application allowed to have real information on the number of visitors at all times.
The Organization is very satisfied with this partnership, which has made it possible to enjoy the Wine Market even more safely and which will continue throughout the year 2021.
The Wine Market was held at the iconic Ferreira Borges Market, an ex-libris of the city, right in the historic center of Porto. Within the Hard Club space, privileging contact between visitors and Producers.
It took place from 2:30 pm to 9:00 pm Saturday and from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Sunday. It had 40 small and medium producers from different regions, who brought over 350 references to Porto!
From fantastic wines from the Douro and Porto, to the Vinhos Verdes, with reinterpretations of Alvarinho and Loureiro, different approaches from Bairrada wines, wonderful wines from the Tagus and Óbidos, passing by the excellence of Beira Interior to the fantastic Alentejo.
