Porto Ageas Coliseum closed until April 9

In line with the recommendation made by the Directorate-General for Health, and as a way to collaborate in the global prevention efforts of the new SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), the Coliseu Porto Ageas will remain closed until 9 April.

The shows in March and early April had already been postponed or canceled, following the guidelines issued by the Directorate-General for Health on indoor events with more than 1000 people. Now, the Coliseum Direction reinforces the prevention message when closing the building.

Viewers who wish to reimburse postponed or canceled shows must do so as follows:

– For tickets purchased at the usual points of sale – FNAC, El Corte Inglês, CTT, Worten, etc., we advise you to contact these places in advance.

– For tickets purchased at the Coliseu ticket office, also closed, you must send an e-mail to Bilheteira@coliseu.pt requesting an appointment, informing if you want to exchange or return and what show is in question. We will respond with a proposal for a day and time when you can return the ticket (s) in person.

We continue to monitor the position of promoters and artists in each case. Any new cancellation or postponement, as well as the respective return of the ticket money, will be promptly published on the Colosseum’s Facebook page and website.

The Coliseu Porto Ageas will remain attentive to all the indications of the authorities and we sensitize all citizens to adopt the responsible preventive behavior indicated by the General Directorate of Health. So that we can all celebrate together overcoming this period with great music, theater, dance, opera and circus.
