FC Porto went to Alvalade to beat Sporting for the first semi-final of the Portuguese Cup, by 2-1, and thus has an advantage for the second leg to be held at Dragão Stadium.
For the second time in history, in matches of the Portuguese Cup, held at Estádio de Alvalade, Porto won, this time by 2-1, with all the goals being scored in the second half, first by Sarabia in the 49′, in a superb shot, advance Sporting. Porto, however, would turn the game around first through Taremi from the penalty spot at 59’ and then Evanilson at 64’.
This was a very well played game, with high quality laces from both teams, only some of the audience was not at the level of the match, which had to be interrupted several times by throwing firecrackers onto the field.

The second leg of the semi-final will take place at Dragão on April 20.
