The 5th edition of the association’s annual conference, which brings together some of the most respected IT companies, will take place on October 11 at the Customs House of Porto
About 1,000 participants are expected to attend another edition of the event that promotes discussion and sharing of knowledge in the area of Technology, this year under the theme “Art, Culture and Technologies”.
There are 23 companies that make up the Porto Tech Hub (PTH), a non-profit association dedicated to the promotion and technological training in the city of Porto, which work together to organize this great annual conference. With the intention of providing networking, sharing of knowledge and professional and personal experiences around the technological universe, PTH’s conference is already a reference in terms of institutional events, counting on five successful editions and large hundreds of participants.
For this edition, the theme explores multiple dimensions that range from the intervention of technology in artistic practices to the very Culture of organizations, with names still to be unveiled but that promise, like previous years, to render the audience surrendered. Registration for the conference is already available with reduced prices here.
At the same time, the SWITCH program, sponsored by this association in partnership with ISEP, is also taking place. The purpose of this training is to combat unemployment through the requalification of graduates and their rapid insertion in a market with a shortage of qualified professionals, with excellent prospects for a professional career, as is the case of IT, particularly in companies related to developing software.
