Portugal beats Sweden for the Nations League

Portugal returned to the victories and, after the null in Paris, last Sunday, received and beat Sweden 3-0, this Wednesday, in Alvalade.

Diogo Jota was called up to eleven to surrender Cristiano Ronaldo and did not have half measures: he assisted for the first goal, by Bernardo Silva (21’) and scored the other two of the match (44’ and 72’).

With France’s 2-1 victory in Zagreb over Croatia, goals from Antoine Griezmann and Kylian Mbappé, Portugal and France continue to share the group’s leadership, both with 10 points. Croats have three and Swedes have zero.
