In a game in which the Portuguese were better in possession and shooting, but without scoring. Both teams well organized, but it was Portugal that had the best opportunities.
Georgia goalkeeper Luka Kharastishvili was in the spotlight and avoided the Portuguese goals, and when he failed he was helped twice by the post.
Back in the break both teams tried to get more speed into the game, but zero to zero remained until the final.
Portugal now play with Ukraine, which is already well-qualified, and if Portugal wants to stay in front of the group, will have to win.
