Kaizen Gaming, a game and technology company, won three awards at the EGR Awards for marketing and innovation at the virtual ceremony that took place last July 30, one of which was the ‘Innovation in sports betting for responsible gaming ‘award.
Kaizen’s RG-AID (Artificial Intelligence Detection system for Responsible Gaming), which works in a union between human capabilities, analyzes game patterns and applies various levels of alerts that are then sent to the brand’s responsible responsible gaming agents for evaluation and assistance. This approach takes advantage of the speed and precision of technology, freeing up agents’ time for intervention.
Kaizen Gaming, Betano’s parent company won two more awards: casino marketing campaign and social responsibility marketing campaign award, both developed in Greece.
The company is present in Portugal, Germany, Romania and Brazil, under the Betano brand, and in Greece and Cyprus, under the Stoiximan brand, with more than 400 thousand active players throughout its operation.
It started in Greece in 2013 and has more than 700 employees in seven European cities, including 20 in Lisbon. Betano Portugal is also the main sponsor of two teams from Liga NOS, SC Braga and CS Marítimo.
