The Professional Women’s Network Lisbon (PWN Lisbon) and Iscte Executive Education have just signed a partnership focused on training female executives.
In this context, both organisations will align initiatives and synergies so that more women can have access to Iscte Executive Education’s executive programs, thus contributing to a greater gender balance among the universe of participants in this type of training and, consequently, in the professional environment and in decision-making positions.
This partnership is part of PWN Lisbon’s strategic vision defined for diversity and equal corporate opportunities and within the framework of which it foresees the collaborative association with business partners, private companies, public institutions and prominent organisations in academia, such as Iscte Executive Education. It is through collaboration between organisations with a strategic vision for diverse leadership as a pillar of functioning of a fairer society that a more inclusive and innovative corporate culture is promoted.
