Characteristics of Figueirinha Beach
Figueirinha Beach is within Arrábida Natural Park, a beautiful place for its vegetation and ocean conditions. The beach has a long golden fine beach, 350 m long and 30 m wide. The sea is very calm, perfect for families and for those who enjoy swimming without worrying about the waves. There are restaurants, restrooms, surveillance, chair rentals and disabled access. For sports enthusiasts, there is also a volleyball net and football area.
How to get to Figueirinha Beach
The beach is 3 km from the center of Setúbal, and is only accessible by car or of course on foot. There are no buses or any kind of public transportation. There is parking available for up to 200 cars. To save money, the tip is to go prepared and bring water and food, to stay all day and make the most of it.
