Prime Video announces the renewal of O Verão em Que Me Apaixonei for a third season of 10 episodes. Based on Jenny Han’s best-selling book trilogy, the Prime Video series has been a hit, especially with younger viewers. The second season of The Summer I Fall in Love is one of the ten most-viewed series in the history of the service. This season premiered on July 14th and managed to double the viewership of the first season in just three days. The third season of the original series will be available exclusively on Prime Video in over 240 countries and territories. Amazon Prime subscribers in Portugal can enjoy deals, free shipping, and entertainment all in the same subscription for just €4.99 a month or €49.90 a year.

Season three was confirmed before the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes. Production on the new season will not begin until labor negotiations with unions are resolved.
The third season of The Summer I Fell in Love is the responsibility of producers Han and Sarah Kucserka. Han, Kucserka, and Karen Rosenfelt are executive producers along with Hope Hartman, Mads Hansen, and Paul Lee for wiip. The series is a co-production of Amazon Studios and wiip.
The Summer I Fell in Love is a multi-generational drama that tells the story of a love triangle between a girl and two brothers, the changing relationship between mothers and children, and the power of strong female friendship. It’s a story about first love, first heartbreak, and the magic of a perfect summer.
The second season of The Summer I Fell in Love is now available on Prime Video, with new episodes weekly until the season finale on August 18th.
