Prime Video unveils Dom season 2 trailer and poster
new episodes of the series on March 17
Prime Video reveals the official trailer and poster for the second season of the original Brazilian series Dom.
Starring Gabriel Leone, Flávio Tolezani, Filipe Bragança, Isabella Santoni, and Raquel Villar, the production premieres on March 17, exclusively on the streaming service in more than 240 countries and territories around the world. Conspiração Filmes produce Dom and the new 7 episodes will be released every week, until the last episode on April 14th.
With quick and action-packed cuts, the trailer shows the main characters of the series in a real war, which involves the protagonist’s escape and a return to the past. At the same time, Dom’s father discovers secrets and needs to create a new identity.
In the new season, Dom becomes the most wanted criminal in Rio de Janeiro. The police approach him and worried, Dom tries to run away but ends up arrested. With crime rising everywhere, he has only one option available: pretend to be someone else to survive. In the past, a young Victor is at war with the wrong side of the police and, much like his son years later, must flee before it’s too late. Isolated on a mission in the Amazon, he too has a new identity to infiltrate the local community.
Alongside Gabriel Leone, Flávio Tolezani, Filipe Bragança, Raquel Villar, and Isabella Santoni, the new episodes also feature Laila Garin, André Ramiro, Wilson Rabelo, Roberto Birindelli, Digão Ribeiro, Dhonata Augusto, Mariana Cerrone, Julia Konrad, Ramon Francisco, Renato Livera, Ana Cecilia Costa, Rafael Losso, Adanilo Reis, Lian Gaia, Milton Filho, Eduardo Pelizzari, Tainá Medina, João Oliveira, Antonio Carrara and Mexican actress Ludwika Paleta in the cast.
The second season of Dom was directed by Breno Silveira and André Barros. Breno is also an executive producer and showrunner. The series was written by Fábio Mendes, Higia Ikeda, Priscila Gontijo, and Marcelo Vindicatto. Renata Brandão and Ramona Bakker are the producers. Antonio Pinto and Gabriel Ferreira wrote the original soundtrack.
