Los Artistes: Primros Trazos tells the story of Cata (Ximena Romo), a young Mexican art specialist who ends up working in a mediocre restaurant in Madrid, and Yago (Maxi Iglesias), a young Spanish antique dealer who had to close his business due to bad luck and looking for new opportunities. Unexpectedly, they meet and the chemistry between them, together with the need to find a way out of the harsh circumstances in which they find themselves, turns them into a couple looking for buyers of magnificent works of art. The problem is that the works are fake. Still, with talent, nerve, and audacity they achieve their goals in an attractive series, full of humanity, unexpected twists, irony, and beauty.
The series is produced by 360 Powwow and Isla Audiovisual, directed by Joaquín Llamas, Oriol Ferrer, and Manuel Sanabria, and produced by Daniel Gutman and Víctor García. The team of scriptwriters is made up of Rocío Martínez Llano, as coordinator, Germán Aparicio, José Camacho, Natacha Caravia, and Oscar Gómez, who have already worked with María Dueñas, Víctor García, Manuel Sanabria and Lola Moreno in the development and writing of the series.
