Scarlett Porto’s end of year program
At Scarlett Porto, New Year’s Eve is celebrated in a vibrant atmosphere, with options to enjoy from the last meal of 2024 until the first of 2025.
To start the new year in a memorable way, it is also possible to combine the experience in the restaurant with the stay at Hospes Infante Sagres Porto, through the special package “Midnight Experience”.
At Scarlett Porto, the first Scarlett restaurant in Europe, the arrival of the new year will be celebrated in large, in the historic centre of Invicta. To the gastronomic proposals, designed from scratch for this special night and the countdown to the entry into the new year, a Live DJ Night is added, starting at 10 pm. For the first day of the year, the restaurant suggests a lunch menu to share, which invites you to welcome 2025 in a vibrant, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
On December 31st, the Chef proposes light and creative flavours for all tastes. Upon arrival, visitors are greeted with delicious homemade blinis, accompanied by caviar. In the entrees, you can choose between Canelloni of courgette stuffed with King Crab, tomato concassê and Yuzu sauce; Terrina de Foie gras, pumpkin chutney, mixed salads and bread brioche or refreshing Oysters of national origin, seasoned with pearls of vinegar and lemon.
For the main course, the choices are divided between meat, fish or vegetarian, being possible to choose a juicy Rossini beef loin with grilled foie gras, wood sauce and truffle potato purée; Grilled tiger shrimp, Accompanied with a choco-ink risotto and creamy bisque; or an aromatic grilled eggplant with miso, soy sauce and roasted sesame seeds.
For dessert, proposals such as the irresistible Chocolate Pie with ice cream and chocolate tuile, the exotic Coconut and passion fruit Entremet, or the delicate vegan Panacotta with fresh red fruit coulis promise to satisfy the most demanding palates. Say goodbye to 2024 with this comforting experience, available for €120 per person, which includes a glass of sparkling wine and port wine, water, coffee and tea.
The next day, the welcome to the new year continues at Scarlett Porto, with a sharing lunch designed to recover energy and enjoy good company. Among the suggestions, you can taste Green broth, a selection of cheeses and sausages, oysters, fish rice and seafood piglet belly, crispy polenta and mixed salad. Lunch ends with chocolate and red fruit entremet and choux pasta stuffed with hazelnut praline cream and pistachio crisp. The New Year’s menu can be booked for 30€ per person.
