Prometo Viver returns to Teatro das Figuras this Saturday

Exciting and unique show for inclusion

Secretary of State for Inclusion, Ana Sofia Antunes, has already confirmed her presence at this event which has the High Patronage of the Presidency of the Republic and where, in addition to the artists already announced, she will present the public with more exciting and unforgettable moments

Everything is ready to take the second edition of “Prometo Viver… em inclusão” to Teatro das Figuras, in Faro, next Saturday, September 30th.

From 9 pm onwards, the well-known artists Miguel Gameiro, Jimmy P, Íris, António Manuel Ribeiro (UHF), Pedro Chagas Freitas, Tozé Santos (Perfume), Mário Augusto (journalist) and Rita Bulhosa, João Tiago Neto and ArtMusa will illuminate the stage of the Teatro das Figuras in this solidarity show that this year aims to raise funds for users of the Faro Center of the Portuguese Association of Cerebral Palsy (APPC) and other families.

The association continues to use culture as a fundamental tool to help noble causes related to inclusion.

In this edition, efforts will come together to help families who live with cerebral palsy and need essential equipment in favour of the dignity and equality of all, these are the objectives of this new edition.

Among the special moments that can be anticipated for this show, the performance of the Íris ambassadors stands out, they will take to the stage their two new originals born from a challenge launched in the first edition of Prometo Viver and which feature lyrics by writer Pedro Chagas Freiras. Songs inspired by Associação Prometo Viver and the strength that moves its members.

Jimmy P will be on stage, with a choir of São Brasense children, coordinated by Professor Ricardo Silva, in an unforgettable moment.

The public will also have the opportunity to discover a collective painting exhibition of inclusive art that will reveal how perseverance, sensitivity and talent overcome the limitations of cerebral palsy.

An exhibition with works by APPC Faro users and the young São Brasense artist José Eduardo Coelho, who represents the São Brás de Alportel Inclusion Space.

At the same time, each spectator has, by guaranteeing their presence at this show, the opportunity to watch a unique and unrepeatable show while supporting APPC-Faro.

An event that has the collaboration and sponsorship of numerous companies and institutions in the region as well as the support of the Municipal Councils of São Brás de Alportel, Loulé and Faro.
