Prosegur has just announced the opening of candidacies for the 4th edition of the “Young Talents Program”, an initiative that aims to attract young professionals and identify and prepare what is expected to be the future leaders of Prosegur. In this year’s edition, 10 vacancies are open for candidates with training in the areas of engineering, technology, management, and marketing.
Prosegur’s Young Talents Program is distinguished by giving young people the opportunity and responsibility to actively participate in projects, with integration in work teams, and for international mobility, as they will be part of a company with a global presence, and may integrate teams in other geographies or projects with an international scope.
Each young talent is identified depending on their profile for a specific project presented to them by the tutor at the time of their integration, the latter being responsible for monitoring, guiding and evaluating the professional throughout the program. This Prosegur initiative also includes feedback sessions with members of the Human Resources team every 3 months, training sessions and trainee meetings (national and international).
Currently, the program can have a duration of up to 4 years, consisting of 3 phases: the first, over the first two years, bets on a rotation in specific training for different areas and strategic projects of the company; then follows a phase of lower turnover and greater focus and investment in specific strategic projects, with a high exposure to management; in the last phase, which corresponds to the last year, the professional assumes a specific role within the company with an option to participate in international projects.
For young talents, participating in this program is the opportunity to join a reference group in the security sector in Portugal and acquire a learning experience in the most diverse areas: technological innovation, project management, strategic planning, analysis and reporting, management of product, commercial strategy and customer service.
