Race Sempre Mulher returns to Parque das Nações, with Tony Carreira

Entries are open for another edition of the Always Female Race. The solidarity sporting event that aims to raise funds for the Portuguese Association for Supporting Women with Breast Cancer (APAMCM), will be held on October 28 (Sunday), at Parque das Nações (Lisbon), at 10:30 am and will again count on the presence of the cause’s ambassador, Tony Carreira.

The event will consist of two races: a race of competition and a leisurely walk / race, both of 5km, that will take place with a differentiated game of three minutes. The competition race is exclusive for the female audience, aged over 16 years. However, as the organization points out, “breast cancer is not exclusive to women,” so the leisure walk / race is open to the entire population and as such, men can participate.

This year’s edition promises an unforgettable day, which even your pet will not want to miss! You can be accompanied by your dog or cat in the tests, and for this you only have to enroll in Team Pet.

All participants will be entitled to a Participation Kit, which should be lifted on October 25th, 26th and 27th, between 10am and 7pm, in the Multipurpose Space of the Higher School of Health Technology of Lisbon.

The price varies between 12 and 16 euros, depending on the payment term and the type of proof. Entries are open at http://corridasempremulher.com/ and close as soon as the 12,000 entries are reached.
