Rafael Reis wins prologue and is the first leader of the Volta a Portugal

The Portuguese Rafael Reis (Caja Rural) is the first leader of the Volta a Portugal by bike, after having won the prologue today, a 1.8 kilometer individual counter-clock played in Setúbal.
