The Salão Imobiliário de Portugal (SIL) is back and is back with the presence of the largest real estate agency operating in Portugal and a leader in mediation. In the 22nd edition of the event, the representation of RE/MAX is materialized through an exhibition space, with a total area of 546 m2, which will receive the initiatives of the 14 agencies of the network participating in the event, as well as four agencies RE/MAX Collection, which represent the luxury segment, a business area in which the mediator operates and which has been experiencing a marked increase. SIL 2021 takes place between the 7th and 10th of October, in a hybrid format, at the Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL), Parque das Nações.
For the 2021 edition, Beatriz Rubio, CEO of RE/MAX Portugal, highlights that “In this edition of SIL, which marks the return to the face-to-face format, we, as a market leader, have the expectation of overcoming the indicators of the previous presence. We are well aware of the excellent work carried out by our agencies and our consultants and we believe that this capital will translate into an increase in the number of businesses. We want to capture the interest of national and international investors, but, above all, of families from all over the country who visit us during the days of the event.”
Bearing in mind that SIL is the leading salon in the real estate sector in Portugal and a meeting point for Portuguese and foreign investors, entrepreneurs, players, public bodies and the general public, RE/MAX has prepared a large and renovated stand in the space. It should also be added that other companies from the Everybody Wins Group, to which RE/MAX belongs (LeaseCapital, MaxFinance, MELOM and MDS Finance), will also be present at the event.
The Salão Imobiliário de Portugal is organized by the AIP Foundation and aims to debate and reflect on current and future trends in the sector. It brings together the major players in the real estate market, and this 2021 edition bets on a face-to-face event with exhibitors, visitors and conferences, which, through a complementary digital component, will enable a greater reach to a universe of interested parties, thus aiming at attracting of a greater number of participants.
