1/4 Cup – olive oil

1 to 2 cloves – Garlic
1/3 Cup – Red or white wine
3 Tbsp. – Tomato paste
1 Tbsp  – Hot sauce
2 – Bay leafs

2/3 Cups – Frozen peas
1 Med. – Carrot
1 Med. – Tomato
