Although little known, Ernest Křenek’s (1900-1991) greatest work, Reisebuch Aus Den Österreichischen Alpen, is an essential work for understanding Vienna and Europe in the 1920s.
A modern Winter Journey, which reflects on the meaning of humanity’s role in its time, in its country, and in the world. This cycle will be interpreted by the baritone Luís Rodrigues and by the pianist and conductor João Paulo Santos.
