Registration is now open for an online training on “Internationalization of Theater Projects”, promoted by the company Amarelo Silvestre, taking place on the 18th, 20th and 22nd of May, between 17:00 and 19:00.

“Internationalization of Theater Projects” aims to provide tools for the realization of an international tour. Practical issues will be addressed, such as the identification of the institutions that should be contacted, how to do it and how to prepare a budget for this purpose, among others.
Adaptation to the post-pandemic, particularly in a context of international travel paralysis, is one of the topics to be addressed.
Magda Bizarro is a producer with a lot of experience in the area of internationalization, namely in the company Mundo Perfeito (which she co-founded in 2003 with Tiago Rodrigues), where she was involved, as creative, in more than 30 shows presented in several European countries, in Brazil, United States of America, Lebanon and Singapore.
The person responsible for the training is an artistic advisor at the National Theater D. Maria II, with the responsibility of developing international relations, promoting international tours and attracting co-producers and ensuring the presence of TNDM II in several European networks.
With this initiative, scheduled to happen in person, in Canas de Senhorim, Amarelo Silvestre intended to provide access to specialized training that is scarce and usually concentrated in Lisbon or Porto, although it is of the utmost importance for companies and projects across the country.
The current pandemic context of COVID-19, determined its realization on an online platform, which will expand the possibilities of participation to a greater number of interested parties.
