NOS Alive ended in apotheosis, the return to the long-awaited Da Weasel, an epic Imagine Dragons concert, marks the last day of the festival, which, as always, sets the bar very high for the next one, in what was the best comeback ever.
On the NOS stage, Mother Mother, Haim, Da Weasel, Imagine Dragons, and Two Door Cinema Club were present, but it was Da Weasel who marked the day, announced and postponed at NOS Alive, due to the pandemic, it was, with great expectation that they were expected, before the concert at a meeting with journalists, where ineews was present, the question that was most often heard was whether Da Weasel could return, or if this concert could be the starting point for a return and even new themes, however Carlão, Virgul or Jay, always managed to “kick to the corner“, not confirming or denying such rumors.
But it wasn’t just on the main stage that excellent concerts were seen and heard.
On the Heineken stage, the Tourjets, Los Invaders, Hope Tala, Manel Cruz, and the Parcels were present, all with successful concerts, but of course Parcels and Manel Cruz, were the most anticipated with a lot of public having to see the concert on the screens in outside.
The WTF Clubbing stage had a day dedicated to electronic music with several DJs passing through the stage, DJ Vibe, Temudo, Diana Oliveira, Luís Leite, Kokeshi, Mário Roque, Stckman and Bessone, and Fragoso.
On the Comedy Stage, some of the most important names in humor played, such as Salvador Matinha, Inês Aires Pereira + Raquel Tillo, Luana do Bem, Duarte Pita Negrão, João Pinto and Diana Nogueira + João Nuno Gonçalo.
The smallest and sometimes overlooked stage, Palco Coreto, had several concerts coinciding with the other stages, and it was also the furthest one, where Zengxrl, Cintia, Russa, King Kami, Raquel Martins, and Evaya were present.
The Fado Stage had the presence of two names, a consecrated fado singer, Marco Rodrigues, and Cassandra Cunha, who took to Café do Fado at NOS Alive, some of their most beautiful fados for a house full of audience and fans who didn’t miss a “pinch” of the concert, the night ended on this stage, again to the rhythm of samba, with everyone dancing and singing with O Samba é 1 Só.
Another edition has ended, but the reunion with the public is already scheduled, July 6, 7 and 8, 2023.
