BEAT FEST is returning for its 4th edition which will take place between the 2nd and 4th of August.
The new Alentejo Festival takes place once again in Comenda, in the town of Gavião (Portalegre) and promises to celebrate the best of hip-hop culture with a strong lineup that ensures the presence of some of the most acclaimed artists of this urban movement.
REGULA and MIZZY MILES are the new confirmations in the list of artists for this edition, with performances scheduled for the 3rd and 4th of August, respectively. They thus join the names already announced: T-REX (August 2nd) and DILLAZ (August 4th).
Celebrating more than 20 years of career, Regula is one of the most acclaimed names in national hip-hop culture. Today he is known as one of the greatest inspirers and precursors of the New School of the Portuguese rap movement. With seven albums released, the last being Ouro Sobre Azul (2022) and Unplugged (live) released this year, Don Gula continues to tour the country with some of the most memorable concerts for the rap community. He will prove the secret to a prosperous, consistent and lasting career on August 3rd on the Beat Fest stage.
Mizzy Miles is one of the biggest names in current national music and production, within the universe of hip-hop and urban music, adding, in just a few years of activity, 7 platinum and 7 gold songs. In 2020, he began to perform prominently, presenting his first songs under his name and surrounding himself with the main figures of the urban movement in Portugal. Since then, he has collaborated with 9 Miller, Benji Price, Carla Prata, Lhast, Deejay Telio, and Gson, among others. With a strong presence on stage, he has performed in front of packed audiences at the biggest festivals and academic events. A performance not to be missed on August 4th at Beat Fest.
BEAT FEST is once again a mandatory stop on festival-goers’ itineraries in this great celebration of hip-hop culture.
Situated on a small river beach, with a campsite available, it is a magnificent setting, full of green spaces and leafy trees, with a landscape that promises to be the stage for another successful edition.
