Rita Laranjeira, one of the most promising voices in national pop, has just released her debut EP. “Jump In” is now available on all digital platforms.
Composed of five songs – among them the already known “Jump”, “Clouds” and “Oh Boy”, singles that, together, are close to conquering 1 million streams – “Jump In” is like a summary of what Rita Laranjeira has conquered so far. “Jump”, published about a year ago, marked the debut of the artist and “Clouds” followed in her footsteps, having played on the Rádio Comercial playlist and synchronized the soundtrack of the TVI soap opera “Queridos Papás”. Added to these themes are the unpublished “Lowkey” and “Flowers”.
“Jump In” is an ideal EP for the summer. The 5 songs have a refreshing pop in common, a reflection of Rita Laranjeira’s unique charisma and good mood.
This will be the first EP that Rita Laranjeira will release this year, with a second work planned for after the summer.
Between the release of the two EPs, the artist has a concert scheduled for this year’s edition of the O Sol da Caparica festival. The concert takes place on the last day of the festival, August 20th.
Later this year, Rita Laranjeira was nominated for Nickelodeon’s Kids Choice Awards 2023, in the category of “Favorite Portuguese Internet Star”, thus highlighting the artist’s relevance to the youth audience.
