The Estoril Casino Auditorium will host the biographical monologue “Rita” from June 5 to 8. Actress Rita Ribeiro presents a short cycle of four shows as part of the celebration of her 50-year career. “Rita” with text by Sandra José and directed by João Ascenso.
Rita Ribeiro invites the audience to accompany her on an exciting journey through her personal life and the countless memories that define her career in theater, cinema and television.
In “Rita”, the actress revisits her life journey through an engaging monologue inspired by her evolution as a woman, artist and human being. With poetic and evocative language, Rita Ribeiro addresses the different cycles of her life, highlighting the complexity of female identity.
“I’ve been M for girl, M for woman, M for mother, M for more or less, but also M for a lot. I’ve been married, unmarried, past, future and present. And now I embrace what I am to be whoever I want to be! M for me, simple and full of soul!”, reveals Rita Ribeiro.
Applauded in several venues, “Rita” a biographical monologue premiered at the end of 2024, performing, this time, at the Auditorium of Casino Estoril.
Rita Ribeiro’s Biography:
Rita Ribeiro is a professional actress, singer, director and producer, with training in piano, dance and acting. Since the beginning of her career in 1974, she has accumulated vast experience in television, cinema and theater, receiving 10 awards in the Best Actress category. In 2024, she celebrated 50 years of her career and continues to surprise the public with her talent and passion for art.

The Estoril Casino Auditorium will host the show “Rita” in June. The series of performances will take place on the 5th, 6th and 7th at 9pm, and on the 8th at 5pm. M/18. Price: €18.
