Rock in Rio Academy announces full schedule for the 2022 edition

The role of culture in management, Connection with the consumer in times of crisis, the “Humanorama” case, and many more topics will be addressed during the 11 hours of live and interactive training at City of Rock.

In addition to several speakers from the most different areas of the organization of Rock in Rio, this edition once again counts on the presence of SFORI and with the special participation of ISEG, in addition to guests in a conversation moderated by Renato Duarte (Rádio Renascença).

On June 22, businesspeople and executives can experience the most immersive edition ever of Rock in Rio Academy, with content and experiences spread across various spaces in the City of Rock.

A few days after the opening of the City of Rock’s doors, four years later, the news does not stop for what will be the most awaited edition ever. The organization now announces the full lineup for the day dedicated to entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals from different areas of the market: the Rock in Rio Academy, which this year is scheduled for June 22nd. There are 11 hours of live, real and interactive training, with a multi-experience proposal, from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

This journey through the Rock in Rio Lisboa business model begins in the VIP Area, where all participants will have access to a welcome coffee in the VIP area. Next, Agatha Arêas, VP of Learning Experience at Rock in Rio, and Alexandre Real, Co-founder of SFORI, a partner since the first edition of this project in Portugal, provide a framework of what will happen during the day and the pillars of the experience. from the project. After this moment, it is time for participants to travel to Galp Music Valley to listen to various speakers and discuss various topics: first, an overview and expectations of Rock in Rio from 2018 to 2030, in 20 minutes in the voice of Roberta Medina, VP Executive of Rock in Rio, followed by The role of culture in management with Luis Justo, CEO of Rock in Rio, the way partnerships build shared value with Ana Carolina Carvalho, Partnerships Manager of Rock in Rio Lisbon, and a Networking Challenge with Alexandre Real (SFORI).

After a short break, Ricardo Acto, VP of Operations at Rock in Rio, discusses the Processes of excellence: how Rock in Rio became an operations benchmark, followed by a moment dedicated to sustainability with Dora Palma, Sustainability Manager of the Rock in Rio Lisboa – Demanding the public for effective actions in the management of Sustainability -, ending the training morning with Take-Aways guided by Alexandre Real.

With a lunch break in the VIP Area, a perfect moment to reflect on the contents shared that morning, and networking space, participants return to training with the theme of Connection with the consumer in times of crisis, this moment being coordinated by Juliana Ribeiro, Ticketing Director at Rock in Rio, and Ricardo Florêncio, Marketing Manager at Rock in Rio Lisboa. And because this is, in fact, the most immersive and interactive edition ever, there is a talk show moment with the theme of Trust and collaboration as the basis of a culture of innovation. This will be moderated by Renato Duarte, announcer of Rádio Renascença, and counts Martha Gabriel, Author of Best Sellers and Futurist, and Marcos Piangers, Journalist and Speaker, as guest speakers.

And because learning is one of the watchwords of the Rock in Rio Academy, Agatha Arêas shares her experiences in the festival’s latest project – Rock in Rio Humanorama. The “Humanorama” case: dialogue inside and outside organizations has never been so important is the motto for this moment, followed by the afternoon Take-aways with Alexandre Real and Filipe Ferreira, Co-founders of SFORI.

Then comes the moment when the participants take a tour of the venue, experiencing everything that was covered during the day by the various speakers and themes, living an Experiential Training through the backstage of the City of Rock. This day ends in one of the most awaited moments of this project: Your business is the size of your dream is the topic addressed by Roberto Medina, Founder and President of Rock in Rio, on top of the Mundo Stage, with Rock in Rio and the various projects dreamed of, coveted and implemented by the entire organization an example of how entrepreneurs and executives can dream and materialize. This day ends with a guided tour guided by Ingrid Berger to the dressing rooms of the Mundo Stage, where participants can experience another networking moment at a Happy Hour in the City of Rock.
