Rolls-Royce is developing its 100% electric car

In 2023 it will have a total of twelve electric vehicles between BMWs and its other British brand, MINI. However, at the moment there are no details of the electrification plans for the group’s third company, Rolls-Royce.

The market has not spared the luxury brands of pressure to electrify its offer. The brand is already working on its first electric car, which will not be derived from any of its thermal models (Ghost, Wraith, Dawn, Phantom).

The first electric model of the brand will arrive throughout this decade, a date clearly unknown. However, and looking at the panorama of other brands when they made this type of announcement, one can point out 2026 as the time when BMW will probably already have its solid electrolyte batteries developed by Solid Power.
